We are an Internet based store, located in Queen Creek, AZ, just outside of Phoenix in the USA. We do not take orders by phone, but you
may purchase here at our website. We make most of our signature items and some are made to order. Our flair for the vintage Halloween style is inspiration
for our line of festive and spooktacular products! We are proud to have been featured in
Country Home Magazine in the October 2007 issue,
in an section/source listing on vintage Halloween collectibles and collecting.
PURCHASING FROM OUR WEBSITE:
All items are available for immediate purchase here at our website via the "add to cart" buttons.
You may
select the
"view cart" button at anytime to view your cart and make changes. Priority shipping added during checkout
includes insurance. The shopping cart system is powered by Pay Pal, but you do not
have to be registered at Pay Pal to purchase via the Pay Pal service. You can pay via Pay Pal or just bypass that and pay
with your credit card--it's very user friendly and secure.
Some items are noted as being PRE-ORDER items and a date of when they will ship approximately is noted. These items will not ship until that date and you will be charged immediately for your
pre-order. So, if you do not wish to be charged, please do not pre-order--simply wait until the items are in stock to place your orders.
Within 24 hours of purchasing, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. If we have an item that is out of
stock, back ordered, or
suddenly discontinued, we will contact you concerning a refund, holding your order until the item is in stock, or shipping
a partial order.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
We accept e-checks and credit card payments via the shopping cart system. If you use Pay Pal, you can also use your Pay Pal
account when checking out. You do not have to be registered at Pay Pal to purchase through
our Pay Pal shopping cart service. PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the shipping schedule below, if you pay via
Pay Pal with an
"e-Check", these e-Checks take up to 4 business days to clear. This will tack on additional time to ship your item. So, you may
want to consider an Express Mail upgrade when doing this if you need something shipped in a hurry.
USA SHIPPING:
You have two choices when checking out: Priority shipping or Express Domestic. Priority ships in 2 to 3 days. Express will arrive once
shipped in 1 to 2 days depending on your location.
When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order within 24 hours. Orders will be shipped
in two to three business
days from the date you place your order, however in some cases it may take an additional business day.
If you need something in
a hurry, choose the Express Mail shipping option.
We do we ship by USPS? UPS Ground can take up to 7 days to arrive, while USPS priority which is comparable and often cheaper in
price takes only 2 to 3 days shipping time on average.
Our flat rate shipping scale which includes insurance for USA priority mail shipping:
$.01-$29.99=$7.00
$30.00-$49.99=$9.50
$50.00-$99.99=$13.00
$100.00-$199.99=$15.50
$200.00+=$17.50
OUTSIDE USA SHIPPING:
If you are outside of the USA, proper international shipping will be added when you checkout through the shopping cart
system. Items are shipped via
priority--either regular or flat rate depending on the weight of the items and whether they will fit in a flat rate box.
If the shipping is a lot less than charged, we will refund you the excess! The USPS recently did away with economy shipping, making
shipping overseas much more costly!
For extremely large orders, please contact us prior to purchasing to ensure the proper shipping is added in.

CUTOFF DEADLINE FOR EXPRESS MAIL IS TUESDAY, OCT. 27, 2009.
If you are ordering
very close in time to your event, and need items prior to this event, we suggest you have things sent Express Mail to ensure
delivery on time. Express mail orders take 1 day to process and ship the
following day--for example,
if you purchase an item on a Monday, your order will be processed and then shipped on Tuesday.
Keep in mind, Express Mail may take 2 business days to ship to more rural and out of the way areas.

When viewing items on this site, please note, where items are broken down into several styles beginning with the letter
'a', the
picture to the right of the letter is the one that goes with that letter. Maximize your window for the best viewing.
RETURNS:
Unless otherwise noted, items may be returned to us and must be received within 30 days of the date on your invoice.
Items will be returned for a full refund less shipping. Refund will be processed via the shopping cart
system to refund your card purchase.
Return your items to the address listed on the invoice and use delivery confirmation when returning--you are responsible
for all return shipping plus delivery confirmation.
We are not responsible for packages that may be lost or sent to addresses that are incorrectly input on your end due to a buyer's mistake.
We do not know where you live, so if you give us an incorrect address, we will not know it is incorrect. Please be sure
to double check that the ship to address is correct before finalizing your shopping cart and checking out. If any mistakes are made in check out,
please be sure to e-mail us within 24 hours to make any changes--you are e-mailed a confirmation of your order from Pay Pal, so if you see something
that is incorrect, please e-mail us to fix it. When we send you a confirmation e-mail of your order, we will verify the
ship to address and ask that you respond to us ASAP to make any necessary changes. Afer that, it's out of our hands.
When you order, due to buyer privacy, the only information we receive is: a) Your name and ship to address, b) the items you have
ordered and the quantities, c) the total and shipping amount charged. We do not see your billing address nor your credit card information. So if there are
any errors we will be unaware of them on our end. You need to contact us to correct any mistakes you may have made in inputing your
information when checking out.
