Signature Festive Noisemaker Rattles Our Signature Festive Noisemaker Rattles are perfect to ring in the New Year in style or show your Mardi Gras spirit! With images from old noismaker and paper ephemera, they are sure to please any party reveler! They are made using a wood dowel stick and a paper mache box--which is painted black on the sides and back. The decoupage gives the image a nice shine and protects the image from wear and tear--it holds up nicely. Embellished with black and white crepe paper fringe, these noisemakers stand about 12 inches tall and the round rattle is 3 inches in diameter. About 2 inches in depth, filled with rice for a nice rattle when shaken. Rattle is sealed so it will not open up.
